How we handle the details you send us. Short version: we use them to answer your enquiry, and we don't sell or share them for marketing.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email, the course and dates you're after, how many people, and your message. We also note which page of the website you sent it from.
What we use it for
To reply to your enquiry, organise training, and keep a record of what was discussed. If you book a course, some details are shared with our training partner Safety & Emergency Training (RTO 40681) so your results can be recorded, as required for nationally recognised training.
Where it's kept
Enquiries are emailed to us and stored in a secure database used to run this website. Our website and email providers may store data outside Australia. Only Trained & Able staff can see your enquiries.
What we don't do
We don't sell your details, add you to a mailing list without asking, or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Seeing or correcting your details
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Contact us on admin@trainedable.com.
